Art Commission Terms & Conditions
All commissions require a non-refundable deposit of £50–£200, depending on the scope of the work. The deposit amount will be confirmed before the commission is accepted.
This deposit protects both the client and the artist. It covers initial planning, materials, and time invested, and ensures commitment from both parties.
If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, the artist will refund the full deposit to the client.
If the client cancels the commission, or refuses to pay the remaining balance after the final artwork is completed and presented, the artist will retain the deposit to cover time and materials.
Work on the commission will only begin once the client signs the Commission Contract and the deposit has been paid.
By submitting a commission request, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
